Aerial property photography and video

With property, context decides: how far the woods are, where the drive leads, what is behind the fence. None of that can be shown from the ground and describing it takes paragraphs. One aerial frame replaces both a paragraph and half a viewing.

What we deliver

  • Aerial stills of the building and its surroundings at several altitudes
  • An approach and a reveal as the opening and closing of a tour video
  • Frames showing the plot, the access road and the setting
  • Images suitable for listings and for printed presentation
  • Flight permissions and coordination with the site operator
02

Where you may fly is settled in advance

Unmanned flight follows common European rules, with Czech limits over built-up areas, near airports and in protected zones. You do not fly freely over people, and flying over private land is agreed with its owner.

Before a date is set we check the airspace, the permits required and whether the aerial shot is feasible at all. If not, we say so immediately — cheaper than a cancelled shoot.

03

Light decides how the building looks

At two in the afternoon the roof throws a hard shadow and the façade loses its texture. An hour after sunrise or before sunset it has depth and the surroundings have colour.

So with property we plan the hour, not the day — and for north-facing buildings that can mean morning rather than evening.

Frequently asked

Do we need the permit, or do you arrange it?
We handle the flight side — operator registration, pilot qualification and notification where required. From you we need the landowner’s consent and any site-specific rules.
What if it is windy on the day?
The flight moves to the backup date agreed when booking. Flying at the edge of the weather limits is pointless — the footage is unstable and the risk falls on both of us.

We reply within one business day. The first consultation is free and non-binding.
